Q Hotel Kraków

Centre was easily reached by tram or train after a short walk to the stop or station. We were able to get train to airport to leave, from the nearby train station! We mainly used the tram to get into the centre. Breakfast very good - bacon, scrambled eggs, cooked meats, bread, cake, yogurts. They would cooked you an omelette, crepe or make porridge if you asked. Room was large and we were provided 2 bottles of water every day of our stay. Bar and restaurant in the hotel. There is a large shopping centre up the road past Lidl, with a hypermarket inside. KFC and McDonlds beside the hotel, if you are stuck for a meal.

The stay was pleasant, rooms were clean. Me, my kids (2yr, 5yr) and my wife enjoyed staying in the hotel and delicious breakfast. The food was tasty and there was enough choice for everyone's need's. It was not expected and is nice that in the lobby there is a place for kids to play around. There are available toys, books, some board games, pencils, therefore we had a really relaxing breakfast and we used that place more than once during our stay.

The receptionist was friendly, and checked in half of our 2 room party ahead of the others arriving. They raised their heads everytime we walked past, so they seemed eager to help if needed, but at the same time left us alone. The room was very clean, a decent size, double bed, 2 bedside tables, small sofa and a desk. They provided thicker and a thinner pillow for each guest. I've never had that before, and it was nice to have that option, and certainly it ensures a good nights rest. Duvets was 2 singles, which again i have never had and probably prefer to a standard double. Bathroom was small but neat, not new but in good condition and no signs of mold. Water was immediate and hot (or super hot if you dare move the handle from the middle). Breakfast is served in reception. I didn't eat, but it all looked nice, seemed peaceful and quite inviting. Location wise, the KFC nextdoor is open til midnight, and the petrol station also next door to it is open all night. when i say next door, i mean ~20metres.

Staff are very friendly, hotel is clean, rooms are small but comfortable, breakfast was delicious. Our room was facing the road and the petrol station but we requested other side of the building and there was no problem. Close to the airport.

The room was big enough, very clean. I haven't heard any sound at night despite the size of the venue. The parking is Ok
